Cook/Cook Assistant:
Food preparation, cooking, baking, and kitchen cleaning responsibilities.
Personal Care Assistants:
Providing homemaking, cooking, cleaning, companionship, personal care, activities, transportation to appointments, and laundry all within the client’s home.
Resident Life Partners:
Providing homemaking, cooking, cleaning, companionship, activities, laundry, and activities of daily living within our assisted living residence.
Statement of Faith
DaySpring’s namesake was founded and based on the following Scripture…
“Through the tender mercy of our God,
With which the Dayspring from on high has visited us;
To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death,
To guide our feet into the way of peace.” (Luke 1:78-79 NKJV)
DaySpring Inc. desires to be a community of diverse staff who share a common bond — we are all members of the Body of Christ. As such, we are governed by Biblical principles and have defined and clarified them through this Statement of Faith.
The beliefs set forth in the Statement are the foundation of DaySpring Inc. and will direct how we operate our business and provide services in alignment with our mission of “Serving Older Adults with God’s Love.”
We believe:
- In one true God who is the creator of Heaven and Earth, and the redeemer of mankind.
- In the Holy Trinity of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit who are eternally existent and co-equal in unity.
- In the deity and humanity of God the Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, who being very God, also became man, born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified, died, was buried, and then was raised from the dead and ascended to the Father.
- The Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that all who truly believe in Him are forgiven of their sins. He alone reconciles all who repent of their sin and put their faith in Him.
- In the present and ongoing ministry of the Holy Spirit, and that by His indwelling Christians are enabled to live a godly life.
- That as members of Christ’s Body, we are to do the works of God, as revealed by the Holy Spirit, and to share the good news of the Word to bring glory to God.
- The Bible (both the Old and New Testaments) is the divinely inspired word of God and is infallible, as originally given, in all matters of faith and conduct.
Therefore, DaySpring Inc., as a Christian, faith-based organization, has established this Statement of Faith as a foundation from which to serve from. With a shared understanding of our faith foundation, we are united and deeply connected to God and one another to create a peaceful environment where we love, honor, and serve God by loving, honoring, and serving others.
